Scope comes first
Website prices describe launch offers, not a binding acceptance of every project. We confirm deliverables, schedule, revisions, external costs and payment terms in a written proposal before work begins.
Monthly services
Monthly plans renew month-to-month. Cancel before the next billing period. Paid work already completed is not automatically refundable. Any different terms must be agreed in your proposal. Founding client rates apply to the agreed scope while the plan remains continuously active.
Your materials and approvals
You must have permission to use the materials you provide. Timelines depend on receiving access, materials, feedback and approvals. Your accounts stay in your name. Final approved deliverables transfer after payment, subject to third-party licenses.
Results and examples
Marketing outcomes depend on the offer, market, budget and many other factors. We do not guarantee sales, rankings, followers or AI recommendations. Concept projects and demos are illustrative; demo bookings do not create real appointments.
